Your therapist
I am a licensed mental health counselor, author, and owner of Books Over Bottles — a private practice dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and transformation. With a passion for personal growth, life transitions, and spiritual development, I empower clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness.
My clients range from people navigating a specific hard season to high-functioning adults who want to stay well and grow intentionally. What I bring to every session is a clinician who listens carefully, meets you where you are, and helps you build practical clarity alongside deeper self-understanding when that's what's needed.
My approach is rooted in bibliotherapy — it was books that helped me rewrite my own story, and I've seen them do the same for clients. Paired with evidence-based tools like CBT, solution-focused techniques, and insight-oriented work, we build a therapeutic rhythm that fits your life and your goals.
I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. Evening and virtual sessions are available — because growth shouldn't have to wait for a perfect schedule.
